Description:
------------
i have to iterate the whole info array just to obtain a timestamp at which time a cached key was inserted. maybe there should be a function like apc_mtime or apc_key_info whith this information inside.

to cache parsed files and database content such functionality is very important IMO.

Reproduce code:
---------------
http://de3.php.net/manual/en/function.apc-cache-info.php

Expected result:
----------------
a function with a return value or array key/value pair containing the creation date of a cached key

Actual result:
--------------
currently you have to iterate through the apc_cache_info array with a foreach loop or something equivalent. with many keys stored this is time and memory intensive.

APC is no longer supported in favor of opcache that comes bundled with PHP, if you wish to use the user cache, then look at PECL/APCu.
