session.save_handler = "memcache"
session.save_path = "tcp://"

Reproduce code:

$old = $_SESSION["boo"];

echo "$old<br/>";

if ( !$old ) {
	$_SESSION['boo'] = 'new';
} else {
	$_SESSION['boo'] = 'old';


Expected result:
I must see following results during page requests:

req1: empty
req2: 'new'
req3: 'old'
reqn: 'old'

Actual result:
If I request page through https I always get empty result.

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PECL itself.  For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PECL, please
visit as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions.

PHP or PECL/memcache have no idea what protocol was used and do not care.
Not a PECL/memcache problem definitely.
