Status: Closed Package: PDO (PECL)

[2009-07-24 22:18 UTC] bill at devtemple dot com
Description:
------------
From the PDO installation page in the PHP manual (pdo.installation.php):

"It is recommended that you build PDO as a shared extension, as this will allow you to take advantage of updates that are made available via PECL."

From the PECL PDO page (/package/PDO):

"Do not use this, as PDO has been moved into core (the php source) so this pecl extension is dead."

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PECL better.
