Any update on this? php_apc.dll is not included in the latest pecl snapshot.

Still no 3.0.19 precompiled win version on snaps nor on pecl4win.

Sorry, we have nothing to do with the snaps compiles and none of us do Windows.  I am sure the Snaps people will get around to it eventually.
