It is not really a bug, but an optimization vector for compile time :-D LOL lol
Maybe there's something i'm not seeing, but why is there twice the same code there in this damn parse_tree.c (line 93-99) :

	if (!yyin) {
		RETURN_FALSE;
	}

	if (!yyin) {
		RETURN_FALSE;
	}

?
