Bug #5778 error reporting always with the include file
Submitted: 2000-07-25 12:41 UTC Modified: 2000-08-20 02:18 UTC
From: goba@php.net Assigned:
Status: Closed Package: Scripting Engine problem
PHP Version: 4.0.0 OS: win98
Private report: No CVE-ID: None

Error reporting always brings up the error
in the required file. In my case include.php.

I get such errors:

Parse error: parse error in include.php on line 207
Warning: Failed to Connect in include.php on line 204

My include php has 188 lines....

The errors are actually in the files using
the include.php file (on line 19 and 16 in these
cases).

But this is not a too friendly behavior...
