Description:
------------
Maillist unsubscribe link should go to http://pear.php.net/support/lists.php instead of http://php.net/unsub.php

Seems like it is impossible to unsubscribe from the page offered.

This is the explanation how to unsubscribe. I don't see what's wrong here.

Explanation is too long, needless to say that user tries to use web form first, i.e. visits PHP.NET mail list list, looks through the list trying to find one he needed, then even if he didn't find anything he enters email, waits for reply (nothing will be sent to him, of course), then returns to previous page, reads it until the end, sends a letter, and, finally, unsubscribes. Very user-friendly waste of time.

BTW, unsubscription from http://pear.php.net/support/lists.php doesn't seem to work either.

And instead of online instructions you may just include this signature
--
To unsubscribe, send email to: pear-webmaster-unsubscribe@lists.php.net
--
About that signature see also bug #5870

Again, this is the explanation and they are correct.

If you like to change the lists.php.net signature, please contact systems [at] php.net.
