I use php 5.1.4. but when i want create report into pdf file it was always fail and show error message "file is corrupted" and "unable to use pdflib........"

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug.

This is most probably a configuration issue on your system. Either PDFlib is not installed correctly or you appliction received an exception from PDFlib and did not react on this.

Please check your logs to find more details on what happend.
