When executing a query that returns a CLOB field, the load() function returns an empty string instead of non-empty LOB contents.

Reproduce code:
Just execute a query that retrieves a CLOB field and try to retrieve it with the LOB object load() function. It returns an emptry string instead of the actual CLOB contents.

This bug only shows in OCI8 1.2.1 . In 1.2.0 it works correctly.

Expected result:
The CLOB field contents.

Actual result:
Empty string.

Please try OCI8 from PECL CVS.

The latest CVS snapshot seems to work correctly. Thanks.
