The data size in the blob column is 58759 bytes.
I get the same result also with streams. 

PHP Version I use is 5.1.4 (can't select this version in reporting form!), IDS 10.00UC4, CSDK 2.90.UC4
(Did not work with previous versions either).

I think something is wrong with the drivers internal buf size.
