pecl4win (love the place) does automatic windows compiles for people (like me) who do NOT compile on windows

The current php 5.1 branch compiles for php_filter.dll are failing with the following:

Trying php_filter.dll... FAILED
Creating library Release_TS\php_filter.lib and object Release_TS\php_filter.exp
logical_filters.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp__php_pcre_exec
logical_filters.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp__php_pcre_compile
Release_TS\php_filter.dll : fatal error LNK1120: 2 unresolved externals

works just fine for the php 6.0 branch - any chance this can be fixed so windows users can play with the input_filter some on 5.1?
