Building SDO on a recent version of PHP5.1 (>15/11/05) dies. Looks like changes to zend_object to allow recursive calls to __get() & __set() are to blame:

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.

Fixed in CVS. Will be in the next package release.
