In my pglog:

LOG: statement: BEGIN
LOG: statement: DECLARE pdo_pgsql_cursor_04e279d0 CURSOR FOR select * from ticket_topics
LOG: statement: FETCH NEXT 1 FROM pdo_pgsql_cursor_04e279d0
ERROR: syntax error at or near "1" at character 12

"NEXT" does not take an argument; FORWARD does. Also should use BACKWARD and not PRIOR.

Should generate 'FETCH FORWARD 1 FROM pdo_pgsql_cursor_04e279d0'
