Bug #56439 PDO_PGSQL's cursor 'fetch next 1' is invalid
Submitted: 2005-07-05 17:46 UTC Modified: 2005-07-08 15:06 UTC
From: pecl dot php dot net at sharpdreams dot com Assigned: wez (profile)
Status: Closed Package: PDO_PGSQL (PECL)
PHP Version: 5_1 CVS-2005-07-05 (dev) OS: Win32 (XP)
Private report: No CVE-ID: None
[2005-07-05 17:46 UTC] pecl dot php dot net at sharpdreams dot com
In my pglog:

LOG: statement: BEGIN
LOG: statement: DECLARE pdo_pgsql_cursor_04e279d0 CURSOR FOR select * from ticket_topics
LOG: statement: FETCH NEXT 1 FROM pdo_pgsql_cursor_04e279d0
ERROR: syntax error at or near "1" at character 12

"NEXT" does not take an argument; FORWARD does. Also should use BACKWARD and not PRIOR.

Should generate 'FETCH FORWARD 1 FROM pdo_pgsql_cursor_04e279d0'
