Description:
------------
I updated my development copy of pearweb the other day and went to view the package info page (eg http://pear.php.net/package/DB). I was astonished to see a fatal error saying that the trackback files could not be found. This happened when looking at the Main view, where no trackback info is presented. I'm guessing this issue exists in the other views too (Download, Documentation, Bugs). Please only include and instantiate items that are needed in the present context.

In every package-info page there is so called "autodiscovery code" placed in the HTML head, which indicates to weblogs, that they can trackback a specific website. (See HTML source of package-info.php).
