problems downloading the PEAR documentation via the link: http://pear.php.net/distributions/manual/pear_manual_en.tar.gz

Linked from the page:
http://pear.php.net/manual/index.php
As
[Many HTML Files]

It downloads to a tar.gz file, and decompresses, but contains nothing. The whole file is 20 Bytes.

Same issue with 
http://pear.php.net/distributions/manual/pear_manual_en.tar.bz2

The zip file works correctly
