Bug #56064 Console_Getargs listed on package-overview

Description:
------------
Console_Getargs is listed here:
http://pear.php.net/packages.php
right below the general link to "Console". However in the Console-category this package does not exist. And even trying to access Console_Getargs directly via
http://pear.php.net/Console_Getargs
does not show anything.
So where does the package-name/link on the package-overview come from?

Everything looks fine for me. Are you sure that the problem still persists?

I can confirm that this was a issue when the package didn't have any release or info about it self ...
I also got a 404 error when clicking on it's link when stefan reported this.

It's true.

As soon as a new package is registered, the link on the package overview shows up.

I see this seems to have been "fixed" today, when the first release was actually uploaded.

Martin, could you maybe have a look if there is a problem with registered packages that didn't yet have a first release? From what I experienced this might have been a cause: Console_Getargs should up at http://pear.php.net/packages.php but there was no "homepage" for this package yet.

Things seem to be working correctly, at least on my development server. If this problem arises, please reopen.
