We need a changelog somewhere in the docs to state that comparing DateTime objects 
(with >, < and friends) is available as of PHP 5.2.2. 

Currently, only the DateTime::diff() page makes any mention of comparing DateTime 
objects with each other.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Whoops, I fixed this in February [1] but forgot to close the ticket.
