Description:

When searching for bug reports with the status "open", reports with the to-be-
documented status are shown too.

As we now have a specific bug types (bug, fr, tbd), this status is now obsolete 
and rather confusing.

Expected result:
----------------
Reports marked with the status "To Be Documented" should be migrated to use that 
"type", and their status changes to "Open".


This requires someone with db access to migrate.

fixed:

mysql> update bugdb set bug_type = 'Documentation Problem' and status = 'Open' 
where status = 'To be documented';
Query OK, 44 rows affected, 44 warnings (0.00 sec)
Rows matched: 44  Changed: 44  Warnings: 0

could you remove the "To Be Documented" status as it seems we don't need it 
anymore?
if not I will do it later today.
