Description:
------------
According to php-fpm's --help output:

-----
  -d foo[=bar] Define INI entry foo with value 'bar'
-----

However, -d parameters are parsed but not applied. I checked it with the regular
php and php-
cgi binaries as well. The only version failing is FPM though. In the following
test the
"allow_url_fopen" configuration key is used as an example.

php:
=============
$ php -i | grep allow_url_fopen
allow_url_fopen => On => On

$ php -i -d allow_url_fopen=Off | grep allow_url_fopen
allow_url_fopen => Off => Off
=============

php-cgi:
=============
$ php-cgi -i | grep allow_url_fopen
<tr><td class="e">allow_url_fopen</td><td class="v">On</td><td class="v">On</td>
</tr>

$ php-cgi -i -d allow_url_fopen=Off | grep allow_url_fopen
<tr><td class="e">allow_url_fopen</td><td class="v">Off</td><td
class="v">Off</td></tr>
=============

php-fpm:
=============
$ php-fpm -i | grep allow_url_fopen
allow_url_fopen => On => On

$ php-fpm -i -d allow_url_fopen=Off | grep allow_url_fopen
allow_url_fopen => On => On
=============

Expected result:
----------------
php-fpm should allow to modify configuration entries from the command line.
Otherwise there is no way to launch the interpreter without "daemonizing" it, for
instance (which is required by web server like Cherokee).
