Description:
------------
The problem expected when anonymous add new translation in one patch and after it 
change file and add to another patch. Editor is freezes when SVN-account user try 
open that file for checking.

For example:
Russian translation, file 
reference/id3/functions/id3-set-tag.xml
in dba's patch.

Hi Aur,

I'm on this bug and I just can't reproduice it.

Could you please provide me more explanation to help me reproduice it in order to solve it ?

For example:

Anonymous translate new file, send it to patch, but file wasn't commited. After that new revision of this file bring up in en-repository and this file will marked as non-updated.
Anonymous take that, update file to en-revision and send to another patch without commit.

OR maybe anonymous send translation to one patch, find same filename in "All files", change smth and send to another patch.

There is one file in two patches with differences. First marked as new translation, second as update. I'm really don't know why, I just try to explain this situation.

So, when SVN-user view anonymous pathes and try to open that file. Interface will be freeze.
