Doc Bug #55400 [DE] Reference to non-existent i18n_loc_set_default() in docs for array_unique()

Description:
------------
The german translation of the online documentation for the PHP function array_unique references the non-existent function i18n_loc_set_default() when explaining the possible values for the 2nd parameter, see
<http://dk2.php.net/manual/de/function.array-unique.php>

The english translation/original documentation is correct.

IIRC the i18n_* functions were planned for the Unicode support planned for PHP6 but have been replaced by the Intl extension, thus a reference to locale_set_default or Locale::setDefault might be correct. On the other hand, the (en) online documentation of sort() references setlocale().

AFAIK setlocale is only supported as a fallback for BC, the more portable and thread-save ICU based Intl extension being 1st choice. Correct?

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

That part was commented out in the docs, but the comment was closed one line too early, that's why one could still see part of it. I fixed that and synced the rest of the array_unique() docs with the EN version.
