When editing files from "Files need update" there is a "Diff from VCS" section 
above the actual files. As of some time yesterday this section is always blank 
(similarly the diffs you can show in the Tools panel are always blank too).

This bug has been fixed in SVN, and should show up online in an
hour or three.
