The references for the following Windows extensions are not up to date in php.ini-dist: 

;Windows Extensions
...
;extension=php_mssql.dll

--> the dll-file in the distribution is called php_mssql70.dll
...
;extension=php_imap4r2.dll

--> the dll-File in the distribution is called php_imap.dll

Could someone who knows this win32 stuff check this out?

At least in the win32/Win32_Package.txt mentioned dll's differ from the ones in php.ini-dist and php.ini-optimized.
