Visiting http://wiki.php.net in FF4 and IE8 gives an error about the validity of the certificate.  openssl on Linux verifies the cert.  Try adding the SSLCertificateChainFile Apache directive.

Expected result:

I expect to see the wiki web site.

Actual result:
--------------
Certificate error.

A coworker would like to add "The website needs to load the chain certificate" to this report.

currently the php.net websites are using CACerts for certifications, and that CA 
isn't in the root CA list on windows, but it is usually available on linux 
distributions, this is why you see this.

currently we are in the process to migrate from CACert to something which is 
supported by the major browsers, so this should be sorted out soon.
