Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.http-send-last-modified#Description
---

I think default value for $timestmap parameter should be set according to its above description "if omitted, the current time will be sent". So it will become : bool http_send_last_modified ([ int $timestamp = time() ] )

Expected result:
----------------
bool http_send_last_modified ([ int $timestamp = time() ] )

Actual result:
--------------
bool http_send_last_modified ([ int $timestamp ] )
