I'm going to pop this back into the unassigned pool for now, as I'm having trouble setting up a test environment for this -- out of the box, OpenSSL doesn't seem to provide that #define even when configured and built with it, and I don't have the expertise in OpenSSL (or the time to become that proficient) to investigate further.

My apologies for the noise.
