The manual states that ReflectionClass::getInterfaceNames() is available in php 5, however it is not usable in PHP 5.1.6.  Attempting to use it results in the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ReflectionClass::getInterfaceNames() in ...

It would be great to know the correct version this method was added.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
