Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.localtime#Parameters
---

Description of values is wrong:

# "tm_mday" - day of the month Months are from 0 (Jan) to 11 (Dec) and days of the week are from 0 (Sun) to 6 (Sat).

...

# "tm_wday" - Day of the week

It is obvious to anyone that day of the month can be in range from 0 to 30. And "day of the week" description have to be moved to apropriate place from "tm_mday" description.
