http://php.net/security.magicquotes.disabling displays a deprecated message for 
the magic_quotes directive, however, by displaying it on this page, it may lead 
users to believe that the ability to disable this has been deprecated. 
Perhaps a note, or the removal of the message is required.

Log: Fix doc bug #53922 (Disabling Magic Quotes page is ambgious and gives the wrong
impression) by removing the deprecation warning from the Disabling Magic Quotes
page and adding it to the What Are Magic Quotes page instead.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
