On the PHP.net website, on the left hand side of the page, under "Community" there is a link to the OSTG website.
The link is to www.ostg.com. This address does not work. The address "ostg.com" without the preceeding www. appears to work and reaches a website for Geeknet.

This bug has been fixed in SVN. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
