PDO_PARAM_EVT_ALLOC
PDO_PARAM_EVT_FREE
PDO_PARAM_EXEC_PRE

PDO_PARAM_FETCH_POST

So far as I understand, the PDO::PARAM_EVT_* constants are only used internally, as part of the driver interface.

It might be a good idea to simply remove the constants from the pdo.constants ref, but for now it's not really something worth documenting, since it's strictly internal.

ok this is what i thought, i think too it's a good to remove this contants.
