3) make (make is Ok)
4) Build rpm with rpmbuild command, but process  stopped with error:
[root@localhost php-5.3.3]# rpmbuild -ba php5.spec
error: Legacy syntax is unsupported: copyright
error: line 10: Unknown tag: Copyright: The PHP license (see "LICENSE" file 
included in distribution)

This should be fairly simple to fix, simply swap the copyright tag with a license tag in the specs file should do
