Description:
------------
Prior to php 5.2.11 (at least as far back as 5.1.3, which is the oldest version I have available for regression testing), if the categorize parameter was specified, it would always return categorized results, even if categorize=false. (Reference: http://bugs.php.net/48629)

Proposed Changelog entry:

Version Description
5.2.11 get_defined_constants(categorize=false) now works as expected

I can confirm that prior too V5.2.11RC1, the categorize parameter was interpreted
as !isnull($categorize).

Supplying, true, false, '', 'somejunk', 'xml' would all be interpreted as true.
