if TCP-buffer is empty then function socket_recv(.., MSG_PEEK) can't returned zero

$buf = "";
$n = socket_recv($icq->socket, $buf, 125, MSG_PEEK );

Expected result:
if TCP-buffer is empty then function socket_recv(.., MSG_PEEK) must returned zero

I'm not sure what the problem is here. Did it return 0 or not? What were you expecting it to return?

Can you provide a complete yet short script that exemplifies the problem, together with its expected and actual output?
