The 'examples'-section on the page about the function debug_print_backtrace() contains an example about how to use this function, however the output does not coincide with the sample code.
The part of output which does not appear, and should not appear either:

#0  eval() called at [/tmp/include.php:5]
#1  a() called at [/tmp/include.php:17]
#2  include(/tmp/include.php) called at [/tmp/test.php:3]


I didn't know where to report this bug, but it seemed quite obvious to post it over here as the link in the example-section referred to this page. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry.

Well, the title does say 'something similar to', but I've updated the doc as per your suggestion.
