Description:
------------
The documentation should note that the disable_functions configuration directive
only applies to built-in functions.

I'll take care of it; I'm just filing the bug so I don't forget, since I don't
have time today.

Log: Fix doc bug #52537 (disable_functions doesn't disable user-defined functions).
Additionally, switched the disable_functions documentation to use para instead
of simpara so that we actually get paragraphs in the rendered output.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
