Description: ------------ The documentation for the require function contains the wrong error level. "require() is identical to include() except upon failure it will also produce a fatal E_ERROR level error." But it gives an E_COMPILE_ERROR. Test script: --------------- //This will not give a fatal error error_reporting (E_ERROR); require("not.existing.file.php"); //But this code does... error_reporting (E_COMPILE_ERROR); require("not.existing.file.php");
