Doc Bug #51790 Some OpenSSL function parameters are underdocumented

Description:
------------
A number of OpenSSL functions take "mixed $x509" parameters that are actually either resources or strings. The possible values are documented on a separate page within the OpenSSL chapter (namely "Key/Certificate Parameters"), but the function pages have blank parameter descriptions. It would be better if they either linked to the Key/Certificate Parameters page or included the text on the acceptable values themselves.

openssl_x509_export() is an example that shows the problem: note the blank description under the x509 parameter.

A similar issue also appears to apply to public and private key parameters within the OpenSSL documentation.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
