The hyperlink 'CGI 1.1 specification' in the Description section of the $_SERVER doc page manual/en/reserved.variables.server.php points to hoohoo.ncsa.uiuc.edu which doesn't seem to have DNS records any more:

https://www.opendns.com/support/cache/?d=hoohoo.ncsa.uiuc.edu

A little googling yields other links to the spec which don't exist either.

I recommend the link be pointed at the Internet Draft, a copy of which can be found:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-robinson-www-interface-00

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
