I posted some bugs to PHP tracker, f.e. http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=51384&edit=2
Later I found some inaccuracies in Descriptions of my bugs, but your web interface seems not to allow editing bug Descriptions.
It is inconvenient. The suggestion is to make Descriptions editable for author of the bug.

No. As then user would be changing the summary/description all the time rather then adding comments.
