Log: Fix partially #51020

Hi Philip,

Since the online editor is multi-project, we must pass a project var to see what project we ask.

For example :
http://doc.php.net:/editor/?perm=/en/faq.build.php&project=php

All is ok with this last commit, but I want to stay open this bug for one raison :

As we ask for a file in a project, when the user is not logged, we must disable the project combo and the lang combo from the login page.
Once this will done, I will close this bug.

Best,

Log: Fix bug #51020. Now, when we use a perm link and the user is not logged, the combobox for the login page is automatically set to the selected project/lang.
