The links for 5.2.11 on this page: http://us3.php.net/releases/ are invalid.  They result in 404 errors.  Tracking back to http://museum.php.net/php5/ shows that the installer files have not been moved to this directory.

The windows installer can be located at:

http://us3.php.net/get/php-5.2.11-win32-installer.msi/from/a/mirror .  I'm assuming that the other files can be as well.

Log: 5.2.11 hasn't been moved to museum yet, and is still available n the mirrors

Fixes bug#50673

This bug has been fixed in SVN. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.
