From: congchuca3 at gmail dot com Assigned:
Status: Not a bug Package: Documentation problem
PHP Version: 5.3SVN-2009-12-16 (snap) OS: windows xp
Private report: No CVE-ID: None
[2009-12-16 21:53 UTC] congchuca3 at gmail dot com
Description:
------------
Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/London' for '0.0/no DST' instead in C:\xampp\htdocs\mamsong\libraries\joomla\utilities\date.php on line 212

Reproduce code:
