Description:
------------
user note contributions are not included in any of the current downloadable documentations. In the chm download the only file included is the chm not the rest of the files. No reference is made as to where to get the rest of the information. User note contributions are included in the online documentation. I don't know if this is a bug or a design flaw. Personally I think the user note contributions are what has set the php documentation head over heels above normal documentation. If it is a design flaw, please bring it back. If not a design flaw can we fix it please.

Please view Bug #49050 (http://bugs.php.net/49050).

Extended CHMs - primarily user note inclusion - is no longer available.

However, that doesn't mean that you can't get some other folks together
to petition to get it back.... (hint, hint ;-P).
