... And compile fails , I am using gcc 2.95.2 

Also when i do include ./configure --with-servlet=/JSDK2.0/ 
it fails also with ./configure --with-java=/jdk1.3/
it seems its not supporting that servlet and jdk 1.3 
Also mcrypt 2.5.x is not supported too i think right?
i am using bison 1.28
and flex 2.5.4

Your system is broken in at least one of the following ways:

* /usr/include does not contain symlinks to the proper kernel header files
* the symlinks don't point to a configured kernel
* your libc is too old (glibc 2.1.3)

If you are sure that you have fixed everything, remove config.cache and reconfigure PHP.
