I've attempted to install 5.3.0 for Windows both using the .msi and .zip.  There doesn't seem to be a php5isapi.dll file included.  How do I integrate with IIS without it?

It is not supported anymore, see the upgrade guide.

FastCgi is the SAPI to be used with IIS (all versions).

It might be an idea to update the documentation then.  :o(
