Hello, can you tell me what's happened with russian version of reflection api manual? http://us2.php.net/manual/ru/language.oop5.reflection.php It is still available from google cache but missing on the php site

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
