when in at least two fields of the HTML form are entered identical data and the register_globals is set to off, sending the data using method POST gives the $_POST array empty.

There is no problem when the data are different.

Reproduce code:
<form action='login.php' method='post'>
<input type=text name=login size=15 maxsize=10>
<input type=password name=password size=15 maxsize=10>
<input type=submit value=Login>

Expected result:
1. first example
as login entered "test"
as password eneterd "test"

2. second example
as login entered "abcd"
as password eneterd "efgh"

Actual result:
1. first example result - incorrect
$_POST is empty.

1. second example result - data are correct

Thank you for your report.

I could not reproduce the bug you describe. How do you test whether $_POST is empty? Could you please provide a complete code example?
