well... First of all sorry for my english

I run the following code:

setlocale(LC_TIME, 'trk');
echo strftime('%I:%M %p');


well as a result, PM or AM didnt come up. But any locale variable works but trk, i think. I tried with, ENG and US and there is nothing wrong with thouse. 

Reproduce code:
---------------
setlocale(LC_TIME, 'trk');
echo strftime('%I:%M %p');
